We worked with two crews over three days to move two condos into a house, utilizing their storage facilities for a few days in between. Dimitry & Max were quick and efficient in moving all our boxes and furniture out of the condos, taking additional care in padding and wrapping our more delicate furniture to avoid damage. Demitry even took the time to show us around their storage facility. Luis and his crew (Harold & Jonathan) were fast and efficient in helping us move into our new home. They were able to finish a bit under the estimated time, which was appreciated. They were very socialable and easy to deal with. We made some mistakes in directing certain pieces of large furniture but they very gracious about re-locating them to other floors with no fuss. The entire team, from our dedicated consultant Victor to the entire moving crew, were professional and a pleasure to deal with. Would not hesitate to use them again and would definitely recommend Miracle Movers Markham to others.

My husband and I moved from our home in Raleigh, NC with Miracle Movers in November, 2023. We purchased insurance which they highly recommended in case any damage occurred during moving and storage of our furniture. Our furniture was placed in their storage unit until April, 2024 when it was delivered to our new home. Unfortunately, four mattresses (2 king size and 2 queen size) arrived with widespread black grease stains on the sides and bottoms. It is now approaching the end of August and after making MANY phone calls regarding the status of our insurance claim we have yet to hear from them. The insurance company Miracle Movers deals with is a total ripoff.
Our move with Gino, Alex & Max from Miracle Movers was absolutely seamless! We are incredibly impressed with our move (our third move using Miracle Movers), they were timely (arrived just before our scheduled time so we could get started on time), efficient- they beat the clock on the quoted time for the move, extremely careful and thoughtful with moving our things in to the right places. We had no damage to our home or any of our belongings and they truly were the best crew to help on what is one of the most stressful days! We would not hesitant to recommend them over and over.
This was our third time using Miracle Movers and we absolutely love them! We had the privilege this move of having Enrique, Alex, & Max. They were wonderful, we cannot say enough good things. Having to do such a daunting task such as moving is not the most exciting or fun it's rather stressful, however they made it very easy. The customer service was amazing from speaking with Arnold who helped us initially set up the move, to the big moving day itself.
