I came in for a rock chip repair that turned out just to be a "pit." He could have taken my business to do unnecessary work but he didn't. He even came out and cleaned my windshield just to make sure we weren't missing anything. I'll be back when I truly need the work done.
My window on an older vehicle needed replacing and Jerry did everything he could to help. He brought in a part that might have fit, but didn’t although it was worth a shot. At no cost to me they sealed my window up with plastic and gave me some suggestions for where to look for a used window. I found it, brought it there and it was installed perfectly. This all happened in a single day, they took care of me on the hustle. If I ever need a glass solution in the future I’m going back to this location.
Amazing service! The manager here (sorry, I didn’t get his name) was super helpful in helping me replace my windshield. I had a rock chip that I thought was going to be a free/ simple repair but turned out it was too big and my windshield needed to be replaced. He filed the claim for me as well. I needed it done in 2 days because of my vehicle buy out/ inspection and initially was going to be a week but he called around to get me a windshield on the same day, replaced in 2 hours. He made a stressful situation not so stressful. Thank you for going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back if I need glass repair again for my other cars.
My partner came in for something unrelated, and the guy said she needed 3 new wipers. Totally agree! In fact I had bought the wipers and just hadn't the time to put them on. The guy said no prob, he'd put them on for her when she picked up the car. Well when she came back to pick up the new car with the wipers in hand, he told her that they were the wrong attachment mechanism. Of course he offered to sell her 2 out of the 3 new ones that were "correct". (Said he was out of stock on the rear wiper) Well when she came home after, I verified that the wipers we already had were the correct attachment mechanism (and the same ones that he used). For three top of the line Bosch wipers, I paid $75 (not on sale) at the autoparts store. He charged her $75 for just 2 wipers, that look like no-name dollar store finds. Not only that, but I installed in the rear wiper in 30 seconds myself. (It's so easy once you find the time to do it!) If you or your partner aren't confident when it comes to cars or doing own research, think twice about coming here. UPDATE: I immediately contacted the email address in the owner’s reply to my review, but they never replied to that message. Assuming it’s just a canned response to make it seem like they care.
The service was impeccable. Very helpful, sorted in one day with assistance in filing the claim, a task I was particularly daunted by. So happy to have made the decision to go to speedy glass!
