We had a skylight leak after heavy rainfall on weekend with more rain forecast within two days. Insurance company could not send contractors right away. Otli and his team at Universal Roofs Inc. responded to our call on a Saturday morning and did a fantastic job of installing a new skylight. It has been six weeks and we’re satisfied with the work.
