I needed HVAC services for a leaking furnace in my condo. Most of the places I found do not work on fan coil units. One guy even came and canceled the job once he saw the issue. After an exhausting search, I found Sunshine Ventilation and spoke with Mike. Long story short, Mike has been my HVAC guy since. He’s timely and efficient plus he listens and explains clearly. I also find their prices to be reasonable.
Mike and his team did a great job installing 2 of our fan coil units. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and exceptional at their work. They arrived on time and made sure the site was clean after the work was done. We would highly recommend and definitely use Sunshine Ventilation again in the future.
