Technician Blake came by yesterday to attend to our leaky pipe issue. He was punctual and polite. Went up to the attic to do an inspection and was able to identify the issues within a few minutes. Gave me a quotation to do the repair. The quote came back somewhat higher than I expected (I have not used a professional plumbing company for years so may be out of touch on market rate). I authorized the job and Blake finished in 2 hours and tested the repair. Overall I am happy with the services and the repair.
I have just had the best experience with Moe’s Plumbing. Two guys came in to install a new hot water tank and replace leaking pipes under a bathroom sink. They were very knowledgeable and identified the issues I was having, and thoroughly presented several options for me to consider. They were able to problem-solve any issues that came up along the way and overall were just a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend. Will be using Moe’s Plumbing again for future projects!
I had Moe’s in for a simple kitchen tap replacement. I could have saved money and got a neighbour handyman guy in, but I live in a strata and want to be assured that there would not be an issue. I had purchased a portable washer and my new tap was an old-style that would accommodate a snap-on coupling. The tap replacement took minutes, but Austin took the time to install the coupling,and then he really went above and beyond by attaching the portable washer and waiting for it to run a test cycle to be sure there were no leaks. While the cycle ran Austin gave me some very helpful tips about how to snap on the coupling without causing undo wear and tea on the tap. Austin was very polite, friendly, professional and respectful while he was in my home. I am very happy with the service, and based on my experience I would not hesitate to recommend Moe’s Plumbing.
Really impressed with the work done for us, not only was it faster to get someone in to see us and then schedule the replacement, the work itself is very well done, with clean up and care taken to make things not only functional but also tidy and safe. Everyone we worked with at Moe’s as professional and helpful, and the end result is a happy family that has hot water again with the least amount of waiting!
