We had our HRV cleaned with Pro Ace heating. Ryan, the technician who went to do the task was very professional, knowledgable and polite. We highly recommend Pro Ace since their prices is affordable than the others and easy to deal with.

5 Star! I’ve always received great service from Ace Pro Heating. Serge come around to do an assessment of our ERV and answered all our questions about air conditioning systems. He shared his expert opinion and advice. He also seemed so passionate about his work and had so many positive things to say about his company. Ace Pro, give this guy a bonus! :) It’s people like him that will get customers coming back. We didn’t feel like he was trying to up sell us with service (which is pretty common in a lot of places) but he gave us an honest expert recommendation. He called me back straight away within a day to share additional information. Today, Isaac and Olivia came around to help us with cleaning our external vents. It was a quick visit and may not have been a “big job” but we are happy with their service. They were thorough, professional and friendly. They came in and did an excellent job. They were polite, took off their shoes inside and were so careful around the area where they worked - I have potted plants in my balcony and I could tell the care they put in to make sure their hoses didn’t damage any of my plants. How cool are you guys! Talk about going above and beyond. The folks in the call centre are also always so friendly whenever I call.
