Nice young man came for my crawl space furnace which is why I didn't do it myself. I refused to fix this one. First tech from Ashton said it was bearings but ace found it was the belt. Good job! I should have said bring belts not bearings oh well let's see what happens. Tbc...
Very good customer service experience from the first phonecall to the actual installation of the tank. very reasonable price too. they didnt care about transporting the tank from their service vehicle to my townhouse even if they will go through stairs and elevator. there was one company I called and they charge extra $350 for that. There was a mis understanding regarding the size of the tank, however the guy just installed the proper size and didnt charge me extra Highly recommended!!!
The service man, Shayan, very polite and professional. In -12C weather, had my heating unit fixed. The Company is very good. I called them at 4PM, their man was at my house at 5 and by 7 my apartment was bark🙏🏻🌺🙏🏻🌺🙏🏻
Shayan asked a few questions then was immediately working on the furnace. He identified the problem within 5 minutes and had the issue fixed within 20 more. He clearly explained the problem then checked for any other possible issues before leaving. Highly recommend this personable and well trained (by Ace Pro) young man.
Very disappoint about this company, i booked appointment at 9 a.m-11a.m. No one show up until 10.40, they said half hour late, it's fine, every one could understand. Almost one hour late i called back one lady told me 10 minutes. Finally they guy almost here, but after 35minutes, no one show up, i called back again, another lady can't help my problem transfer me to the manager, the manager told me they misunderstand i'm not a water tank problem, is a boiler problem, and they can't find any Technician to help, let me to shopping around. I just seating at home for almost a whole day, i can't believe this is a 5 start review HVAC company. Absolutely not recommend.
