I run a rabbit rescue in my garage and it had started leaking really badly with the lazt big rain fall. They made time for us in their busy schedule to fit us in before the next rain. They were professional, friendly, and communicated with me the entire time. They completed the job within 3 days, they were literally finishing up as the rain started falling. They were trying to make sure to complete it to make sure that the bunnies were safe and dry which I can think them enough! I would highly recommend them!
We are very pleased with the work Crown Roofing Ltd. has done for us in the past. They installed a new roof and skylights for us in June. The installation was expertly done; their workmanship is top notch and is backed by a 25-year warranty. They go above and beyond to do a quality job with quality products. You can see from the photos that quality aluminum vents were installed. In addition to the underlayment, peel and stick membrane was added on the edges for extra protection.The chimney and the skylight flashing was installed with impeccable workmanship, and it looks beautiful. We did get some quotes from other companies. Crown’s pricing was competitive. It wasn’t the highest or the lowest. In the end, we knew we could trust Jason and his team to do a quality job, and that peace of mind is really important to us. (Jason did our carport and shed 15 years ago and they are still in great shape). Furthermore, Jason and his staff are very professional, pleasant and reliable. We recommend Crown to you with no reservation whatsoever.
This is a long term review for Crown Roofing, who replaced the roof on my house in 2014. The house was 21 years old at the time and had cedar shake roofing that was deteriorating. As a GAF Master Elite certified installer, Crown was able to offer a 50 year warranty on Timberline shingle roofing. This is especially meaningful when it's backed up by a company has been around for as long as they have. The crew was very professional and completed the work in a neat and tidy manner, never getting in the way. The work was completed smoothly, on time and within budget, and was certified by an independent inspector upon completion. The pricing Jason offered was fair and their employees were professional and skilled...they completed the work quickly and with care (they cleaned up nicely afterwards). My roof looks fantastic and so does my chimney - which they painted to match the roof. The communication between I and Matthew Neville is smoothly, a pleasant issue. I knew The Crown Roofing Ltd was from my daughter. She has a great opinion on this company. They responded to my emergency fast. They came on the next day, when Matthew received my call. After replacing the old one, the new roof looks great. The only suggestion I can offer is: Try not doing it in winter time. We had to wait for the no rainy days, the whole project lasted, therefore, for over 3 weeks.
