I am so happy with the quality of the workmanship we received on our roof recently . The crew were courteous,friendly and left a spotless yard every night after they finished. They were the hardest workers and we would recommend them to everyone we know. Darell was very good with reasonable estimates and did not go over what he quoted….a big thanks to everyone that worked so hard for us and put a beautiful roof on for us…
Darrell, the owner for Millwall roofing is very experienced and upfront. He answered all my questions and help me with what materials i should use for the roof. He give us a quote for our new roof is very reasonable. I pick them as they have a great reviews and they also did my neighbors roof few months ago and the workmanship are perfect!! Sam and Darrell show up on the installing day on time and they did a wonderful job, they even throw in couple of new bath vent for free!! The crew work very hard and they clean up every day when they are done. Now my roof looks awesome and no more leaking old tile roof!! Thanks Darrell & your wonderful crew make this job great 👍 👌 👏
Darrell, the owner of Millwall, was responsive and thorough in the quotation process. He readily provided answers to our questions and offered advice on the types of materials and options for the roof replacement. As for the actual work, Sam (the lead) and his team of 4 guys who put together the new roof, were professional and courteous, and kept us updated on the progress of the work every day that they were on the job. Despite the difficult environment in which they had to do their work, they were diligent, efficient and attentive to the scope and specification of the job. Sam took care of our concerns throughout the process. The end product is a new roof that looks well put together and esthetically much superior to our old one.
We were attracted to Millwall Roofing by the number of recent positive reviews on its website and, like previous customers, were equally impressed by the quality of service they provided. Darrell gave us a clear description of the work to be done, an accurate and competitive quote, followed through on time and budget, and promptly answered all queries. The team were polite, respectful and well organised throughout the day as they replaced the roof shingles. Equally impressive, our mature garden remained untouched throughout the entire process of removing the old shingles. Millwall certainly exceeded our expectations, and we can enthusiastically recommend the company.
We hired Millwall to replace the roof on our older Vancouver home in the fall. The work was completed quickly and price was reasonable, however quality of work and customer service was not great. A number of issues were identified, fascia board miter joint is noticeably off center, nails to fasten to the framing missed the framing and gable boards were knocked loose. Was at first offered a refund of $300 then told the issues would be addressed. That was 6 months ago and we have not heard anything since.
