I found Ecoline from Costco. I am very happy with the whole project. From the quote to the installation, all of the staff were very professional, efficient and responsible. The installation team was outstanding. They replaced 9 windows and a patio door in less than a day during a cold raining winter day. They are very skillful, have good communication and work with lots of care. They cleaned up all of their work areas at the end. The new windows and the patio door look so beautiful. The house is now warm and cozy.
From start to finish this has been an excellent experience. Our project manager was Morris, lovely, professional, efficient, and highly responsive. Then all of Ecoline’s communication for the next steps, the measurement guy Ivan (I think his name was) and then the install team Vlad Shell and Mike - these guys were top notch! We probably drove them nuts because we were home all day- but they were truly awesome. Professional and efficient, knowledgeable and super respectful of our home. We recently had Ecoline replace our windows, front door, and install French doors in our Port Coquitlam home, and the experience was fantastic! Ben Jones was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and answered all of our questions. The installation crew worked over the weekend and completed everything in two days. They were efficient, kind, and left the work areas spotless—just a bit of expected dust afterward, which was easy to clean up. We highly recommend Ben and his team!
We are so impressed with the two windows, three doors and sliding door that Ecoline Windows installed last week! Ben, the salesman was very straightforward and did not try to upsell me. The installers were incredibly professional the two days they spent working here. They replaced some 2x6's that were infested with ants and did a fantastic job of that! The thresholds on the doors look really good. The windows are way better at soundproofing than our old ones. The quality is definitely evident in these windows and doors. Vlad Shell and his team were very professional, on time and extremely efficient in installing our 16 windows and patio door. They worked very effectively as a team and took extra care and detailed work. They cleaned constantly during the installation and kept our house very clean.
