My Air Conditioner circuit breaker tripped and appeared to be a damaged Circuit Breaker not resetting. Alkon Electric didn’t immediately have a technician in the area but provided guidance on resetting the breaker free of charge. Successfully turned on my Air Conditioner after resetting the breaker. Professional and Courteous service by Dimitri. I will be coming back for future electrical repair needs.

Alex from Alkon Electric was very quick to respond (on a Sunday) to my email regarding a broken ceiling fan and light. He gave me advice, by phone and email, regarding replacing my large ceiling fan with a bladeless ceiling fan, which I knew nothing about. Within a few days, Alex and Dimitri removed my old fan with the bladeless fan/light. Alkon did a great job and was quick to respond, courteous, and professional. I had an emergency and Alkon electric were sent to help. I couldn’t have asked for kinder, more caring and professional electricians. They responded quickly, provided clear information on what was happening and how it could be solved, and were professional and reliable (they did what they said they’d do, and arrived when they said they would - not to be taken for granted!)
