When it came to installation day, Vito and his team were professional and efficient, and delivered an exceptional product! We are thrilled with the end result. We so far have had a great experience with this company. From the first meet with our sales man Adam to the gentleman that did the final measure and lastly the installation. The installers were incredible and efficient! We had a small hiccup with one of the windows the next morning and the company responded quickly and is setting an appointment up for someone to come repair. As of right now I give these guys a 10/10! Cant wait to get more done by them!
Absolutely incredible. Michael the salesperson was insightful, accommodating, kind, helpful and patient. He showed us options, spent time to come by and help us close in on colours to best match our garage and much more. Vlad and his gang who did the install were impeccable. Their attention to detail, cleanliness (during and after- even vacuumed the carpets!) was much appreciated. They were efficient, professional and overall made this process go so smoothly. Joe did an amazing job in introducing how the process will be to the details of the new windows and doors. He had great patience in attending to my questions and maintained a great attitude and a professional representation for the company.
