This has been a long journey and it ended on a very happy note. Our house is warmer and our windows and doors looks amazing. Thank you to Tony and thank you to the Ukrainian crew for being so efficient and thorough.
We had a consultation with Ryan James regarding the replacement of our Front Door due to security concerns. We had concerns regarding the complexity of the installation as we had recently done some exterior stone work outside. In addition we had some custom trim and wainscotting around the interior side of the door. We were assured that everything would be finished perfectly and we would not have to worry about anything in regards to replacement trim or painting. The installation was challenging but the crew were fantastic and did a great job on the door and finishing elements. They even cleaned up nicely and installed a supplied security lock for us before they finished up. I must say Ryan and Canadian Choice delivered on their promise and we are very happy with our new door. We will definitely use Canadian Choice again for our next project.
We had 25 windows, 2 patio doors, and a front door installed recently and were very pleased with the job that Alex and his crew did. I have ordered windows for two projects and have been very happy with the products and service each time. These windows are fantastic! The first project was a small order and I had such a great experience with the sales rep, Joe W., that reaching out to him for project #2 where we ordered replacement windows for an entire house before we were to sell it was a no brainer. Joe really knows his stuff and is great to deal with. We had a couple of minor hiccups once the windows were ready to go but everything was handled in a very professional manner and exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate calling on Joe should there be yet another renovation in our future and have recommended them to clients as well. The windows have completely transformed the exterior of this little house and add huge curb appeal. Everyone coming to this house, from the trades working on the interiors when we were renovating to friends and family visiting, they have all commented on how great these windows look.
We Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Start to finish, it was great. Ryan met with us and answered all our questions quickly and even followed up with a phone call after the work was completed. Vlad and crew (Alex, Jackson & Murman) were all business. 11 windows and three doors were installed in two full days. They never stopped! I’m serious! I never saw them on their phones, or stopping for breaks! Great attention to detail, and a good cleanup at the end. Thanks for a fantastic job well done. We will gladly recommend you to anyone that asks.
