Got my roof replaced from stokes roofing and it was way better than i expected it to be. From the quote to work completion everything went so smooth. They recommended the best quality of roof which is durable and Wind resistant and showed all the materials they will use for the job. They also replaced the roof on the hut which was not in the quote price. The job site was clean after the install. Best part was they focused on the quality of install rather than ramping up the job in a day. They did the work with utmost due dillegence and honesty.
We are so appreciative to Stokes Roofing specially Alan. I noticed roof damage caused by small animals leaving us with a new found water leak and sever inside closet damage. I called my insurance company thinking I was covered for animal damage, the insurance inspector came out and reported back to the insurance company and RJ Brown Insurance declined my claim plus informed me saying that if I didn’t fix the problem my policy was in jeopardy of immediate cancelation. I called Stokes and spoke to Jennifer and she jumped right on the problem. Within an hour Alan called and within three hours he was out at the house at seven oclock that evening. He went and checked the inside and outside of the roof then gave us a quote. He explained every step needed to be done. We lucked in and they had an opening the next day which we grabbed. We are so pleased with the professionalism and honesty of Stokes Roofing. They were factual, honest and reasonably priced. As seniors you need that. It’s not like we can get up a ladder and check the work needed or work done. I would 100% recommend Stokes Roofing. I can’t thank Alan and Jennifer enough. You can’t put a price on peace of mind and they took what was a horrible problem to us and made it all go away. Thank you Allan. You are the best.
Had stokes quote for new shingles due to bad hail storm last year. The price they quoted was very reasonable and their knowledge of the trade and products they use was fantastic. The folks I dealt with over the phone were great! Super helpful and very knowledgeable as stated already. They recommend the best possible product for the environment to which my roof is exposed to. Very good quality shingles and very pleased with the look if the finished product. The crew that came out to do the work was great. The Forman Scott was awesome! You can clearly tell that he cares about his work and the customers. The guys would shovel my driveway for me and they even brought in my trash bin for me. As a construction worker myself I know how hard it is to find guys like these in today's world. I hope Scott and his guys get the recognition they deserve. Jennifer and Jesse were great to deal with and quick to answer any questions. The crew leader and the crew were very professional and performed a great job on our roof and at the end the area around our house was left cleaner than it was before they arrived. I had 2 roofs that needed to be replaced. Jesse came out immediately and took the time to answer all my questions. The crew did an excellent job on both roofs. They were very professional, and I was incredibly pleased with the quality of their work. They do not take any short cuts and they went above and beyond in repairing some roof damage. They were done in a timely manner and the cleanup was great. It was an excellent experience. Jesse is honest and dependable. I would absolutely recommend them.
