Just wanted to give a positive shout out to Al and team for their great effort on shingling the addition to my Peterborough home. They were able to fit me in promptly to their busy schedule, completed a quality job, and cleaned up nicely. Jennifer in the office had great communication skills, addressing my questions and leading me through the quotation and billing process. Great job folks!
From when Stokes first arrived to assess the hail damage to our home, to dealing with Jessie on the phone, and Al and the A Team who had our roof done in an incredibley short period of time, we've been nothing but impressed!! Communication with Stokes was great, (not like another company I had to unfortunately deal with through this whole hail process), and the roofing was done with expertise and cleanliness. 10 stars if I could rate that.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND STOKES ROOFING!
I would like to thank The Stokes Team. Jennifer in the office , who bent over backwards to get my roof done, as it had a leak. She went above to help me get my windows ordered, so siding could be replaced. A special thanks to Curtis for his leadership of his crew, they did an excellent job. Also his decorative eye for colour on final look of the house. It was so clean, like they were not even there. Thanks again……..I hope never to use your services in my life time again. Had stokes quote for new shingles due to bad hail storm last year. The price they quoted was very reasonable and their knowledge of the trade and products they use was fantastic. The folks I dealt with over the phone were great! Super helpful and very knowledgeable as stated already. They recommend the best possible product for the environment to which my roof is exposed to. Very good quality shingles and very pleased with the look if the finished product. The crew that came out to do the work was great. The Forman Scott was awesome! You can clearly tell that he cares about his work and the customers. The guys would shovel my driveway for me and they even brought in my trash bin for me. As a construction worker myself I know how hard it is to find guys like these in today's world. I hope Scott and his guys get the recognition they deserve. We have had a great experience with Stokes Roofing. It has been great from the time we got the quote and getting our roof replaced. Jennifer and Jesse were great to deal with and quick to answer any questions. The crew leader and the crew were very professional and performed a great job on our roof and at the end the area around our house was left cleaner than it was before they arrived.
