Crown Glass is very courteous and professional. Went in the morning, they had parts ordered and professionally installed by early afternoon. Jason who helped me was very knowledgeable and detailed oriented. He takes pride in his work. I will certainly use them again!
I’ve had to use Crown Glass multiple times over the past 3 years (unfortunately??!) because of smashed windows in the front of my business. They have been very quick to board up the windows (within an hour or so!) clean up the glass, and put new glass on order. One of my windows is extra large and not a generic size- they have gone above and beyond to help me feel safe and secure again in our business. I recommend them highly!
They are awesome! There was a break-in on one of patio door and called them to get estimate and repair date. Tony helped me get the measurement and dispatch technicians on my preference time and date. Also big shout out to Rob who did awesome job throughout the whole process. Thank you!
