What an amazing delivery by Prince and his partner!!! They arrived early, were very careful with our massage chair and Prince went over the basic do’s and don’ts…I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again for my next move!!!
Prince and his team did a great job moving our overstuffed single-bedroom apartment to our new place. Friendly and professional, everyone was always doing something. Highly recommend them!! They were so careful with wrapping up my high quality furniture! Extremely patient and professional! There were a few hiccups along the way, furniture too big or stuck, but Prince was able to tackle them all and ensure that everything will be great! Very professional! I felt like I was in good hands with their service!
Friendly, great value and excellent service all round. Prince and the crew were amazing at moving my family heirloom grand piano from storage, unpacking the crates, disposal of all packaging and assembly of the piano. Due to shipment complications from the UK, we had a few issues finding all the parts for the piano at first but DuMonde went above and beyond to try and help me. In the end, they came after hours to finish the assembly out of courtesy despite their back to back busy schedule with other jobs, and we couldn't be more grateful. The crew were always in good humour and their friendliness on the job was so refreshing to us. Their handling of the piano was always with care, efficiency and attention.
