I recently moved from California to Winnipeg. Dennis was very approachable and transparent about the moving schedule and fee. The price was reasonable and every items were moved from California to Winnipeg without any loss. They provided the door-to-door service, which I was not expected given the relatively cheap price. Highly recommend for moving between US and Canada. Only downside was the fact that I need to endure their flexible schedule (cannot set the specific dates on your end).

Very satisfied with Royal Canadian Van Lines. It was not an easy move: all the way from Montreal to Qualicum Beach on the Vancouver Island. It required lots of manipulations and a high risk for breaking or losing valuables. Royal Canadian van Lines came in at a reasonable price compared to many other companies. They respected their engagement from start to finish with an invoice that matched 100% the initial quote, within promised delays. Staff was always respectful and handled furniture and boxes with care. Dennis has been amazing! He responded to all inquiries we had / he is on the ball at all times! I would definitely recommend Royal Canadian Van Lines.

After extensive research, we chose Royal Canadian Van Lines for our move from Toronto to Calgary. Moving a 4-bedroom house was a significant undertaking, so finding the right company was crucial. After interviewing two other major companies, we decided on Royal Canadian Van Lines. Dennis was responsive from the outset, answering all our questions without pressuring us, which we appreciated. On the day of the move, the team arrived punctually and packed everything exceptionally well, exceeding our expectations. We were particularly concerned about some glass furniture, but their careful packing and shipping ensured everything arrived intact. They also provided transparency about the weight of our items by sharing the truck's weight before and after loading, which gave us peace of mind. Our belongings arrived earlier than expected and were placed in storage until we arrived. It appears Royal Canadian Van Lines collaborates with another company for unloading and delivering items to specific rooms. Everything was handled as promised. If there's one area for improvement, it would be communication between Royal Canadian Van Lines and the local delivery team. Although our items were delivered successfully, we encountered a few instances of "we don't know," which could be avoided for a smoother customer experience. Overall, our experience was excellent, and we would definitely hire them again for future moves.
