Myself and three neighbours had our very old roofs replaced all at once. Dan was great, explaining the process in detail with samples at the beginning, and was present during the job to oversee his team and answer any of our questions. He was the only roofer we got an estimate from who actually went onto the roof to look! The price was reasonable compared to the other companies we investigated, the job was done promptly with quality materials and looks great. Let me start by saying that it was a true pleasure to have Dan and his crew install our roof soffit/ fascia and eavestrough. The two things I require from a contractor are quality work and a fair price. Dan fulfilled both those expectations and then some. They are extremely polite, accommodating, skilled and are not finished until the customer is completely satisfied. Dan and his crew came in with the best price and were done in a day. Free quote the day after I reached out, done two weeks later. Very responsive via text and showed up when he said he would. 5 stars out of 5 stars. Only recommendation would be to ask Dan for specifics, would've appreciated some options for redoing damaged flashing instead of trying to keep existing, but in his defense I did say keep it as cheap as possible :)
