We were so, so pleased with the work that Total Line did for us and how they did it. They quoted and installed a heat pump system for our house and during the process they were quick to respond, arrived when they said they would, and Ray and Sam and their crew were unfailingly polite and knowledgeable and easy to have around.. They had to wait out some cold weather but kept us in the loop when they would be able to come. The consultant that came to check the installation after (related to grants) made a point of saying what good work they had done, and that they had recommended a setup that would work well for our house. And we are very happy with the coziness the house has now, and looking forward to having cool in the summer. We also needed our hot water tank replaced and they did that for us too, and did a great job. I would not hesitate a second to recommend this company. I think they do very good work, and they do it with respect and an easy manner.

Everyone is friendly and the job is done beyond my expectations. I would like to shout out for the technician Ray. Ray is a humble and polite gentleman. He is extremely patient and answers all my questions in details. He put the customer’s satisfaction on the top priority and changed the orders twice for me. On the installation day, they arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. Before leaving, they made sure the site as clean as before. Ray is also considerate and offered me the best deal due to my tight budget. Highly recommended Ray and Total line Heating! I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

I was dealing with Ray and he ensured that I was aware of the appointment beforehand, he explained the rebate process and the scope of work. There was no hidden fees and no additional cost. I got other quote but there quote stood out more then there competitors. Ray was quick and handled everything perfectly. Ray upgraded my furnace to a dual fuel system. That includes a combination rebatable heat pump installation and high efficiency furnace installation I absolutely love the installation and free wifi thermostat. I would definitely recommend anybody with heating and air conditioning installing or service.

The initial call to book an appointment was very professional and friendly and they got us in the next day . The fellow that came to do our Hot water tank installation Ray - was equally professional and good natured. I’m quite sure his efficiency at getting the job done also saved us some money on the bill .
