Alex, max and Vilatii were an exceptional team of window installers. They were conscientious with taking care of floors, furniture and plants with protective covers inside and outside of home. We are so impressed with Renewal by Andersen. We had 6 windows replaced and they are beautiful. It was in the middle of a heat wave and we noticed a difference in the temperature inside the house immediately. The installation crew of Mikhaïl were also impressive. The job was done in two days and they cleaned up everything before they left. Everyone associated with this company is impressive. Friendly, helpful and efficient. We are only sorry we didn’t make this decision years ago. We cant wait to see how cozy the house will feel when winter hits!!
I am tremendously happy with the experience we had with Renewal by Andersen on our Vancouver Island home. Everything from the design consultation, measurements, and installation went exceptionally smoothly. Despite small hiccups that come with changing windows on a 45-year-old house, we all managed everything with grace and ease. The installers were outstanding.
