I had a very pleasant portable air conditioner installation service. Connor was very friendly and professional. He explained in detail how the portable air conditioner works and the precautions to take. He also demonstrated how to install the exhaust port. I highly recommend him.
Absolutely amazing service :). The person that came to our home (sorry his name eludes me) was super friendly from the get go. He handled our AC installation like a pro and was very patient in explaining to us what he was doing and how the AC unit worked. He also worked very efficiently. 10/10 would recommend this company.
I received a call a few days prior to arrange an appointment to install my AC and I was promised to be called en route, which he did. Despite the lengthy timeline I was originally given, I was pleasantly surprised as he arrived sooner rather than later. He was courteous, respectful, walked me through my options as to where to best install the unit and thoroughly explained the product itself. Everything about his work in my home and his customer skills set exceeded all expectations and I would highly recommend him, his work and Whitley Electric.
Very professional. I was able to get an appointment for Connor to come out and take a look at what we were looking to get done. We needed a few data ports installed for new staff work stations. He gave 2 options on the quote, which was sent in a timely manner, and once we choose which option we wanted, they were able to get us an appointment the next morning. I understand we might have been lucky to get an appointment so quick, but none the less, I really appreciate the prompt appointment. Conner and Jordan were on time to start the work, and went straight to getting the job started. Jordan was clean and made sure our space was put back together once he was done. Very kind and easy to work with. I would 100% recommend this company for any electrical needs.
