Sam was awesome. Our front door window had been vandalized overnight and I called PM because they had the best reviews on the web. The quality of the service from A to Z was 5 star, and the price was quite reasonable as well. The installer was very friendly and efficient, and on time. This is a well-run company + I highly recommend.
Fantastic job. I called princess Glass at 7am after the front door of my business was shattered. They showed up within two hours and did an excellent job making sure there was no glass left behind and the area was clean. The price was also better than all of the other companies I called. I needed to get a window fixed ASAP at my business on a Sunday morning. I found sam through a google ad and I decided to go ahead with his company after looking at their google reviews. He said he would arrive in an hour and he arrived in less than an hour. He and his colleague were friendly and professional and I felt comfortable having them in my business. They got the job done in an hour. When they arrived, I hadn't started cleaning up the mess yet, and they took care of cleaning up most of it and did a pretty good job. Sam also took the time to show me a footprint on my front door (in case the cops didn't note it) and beer bottles close by that could have been used to break the window. I would definitely recommend princess glass for your next window emergency!

Sam was amazing came in measured the broken window panel within 2 days came back and replaced the panel within minutes. Great job matching the panel to the others so it doesn't look out of place left it looking like nothing ever happened. Would recommend to any one and everyone.
