I should have posted this review in 2021, but it seems it slipped my mind. Today, after three years, I had to get in touch with Amit, who represented me back in 2021. Even after all this time, he responded immediately with a callback and addressed all the additional questions I had via text. I had no issues with the installation of the heating system and tankless water heater that Amit and his team from Akal Plumbing installed in my home in Richmond. Once the project was completed, Amit initiated the approval process with the City of Richmond, which passed with flying colors. Amit was hands-on from day one, assisting me with the entire replacement of my old water tank and boiler. He recommended several options and was consistently responsive, whether by text, email, or phone. His professionalism and dedication were evident throughout the project. Now this is what I call service—something I've rarely seen in the past 15 years of dealing with other companies. Many businesses are fly-by-night, eager to help during the installation but delivering poor service afterward. Amit and Akal Plumbing, however, have set an exceptional standard both during the sale and after service. I can't say enough good things about Amit.
