I am pleased to recommend Canadian Choice Windows & Doors. We first consulted them a couple of years ago and were so happy with the result that we called them back for additional work. Dealing with Adriano was fantastic. First time around we replaced 6 windows and a patio door. This time we did 5 windows. Adriano made some great suggestions regarding which windows would work best for us and fully explained the technical differences and installation procedure. Audrey and his helper did a great job doing the install. You can tell by the neatness of their work that they are skilled and take pride in their craft. The quality of the product is great but sometimes things do happen. When Adriano was doing our second quote I mentioned to him that one of the blinds between the glass on the patio door they installed last time was sagging some and I was concerned that the spring might be starting to fail. No problem. He contacted their warranty department and Dan reached out to me to resolve the issue. A new entire door was quickly ordered and replaced the same day our windows were installed. Great company, quality product, and exceptional service.

Sales person was very knowledgeable on window product and provided solid information to help us arrive at correct window for our need. Window installer arrived on time, provided all details of window installation. He was professional, knowledgeable and left no garbage behind. I am extremely pleased with my replacement windows from Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. Truly a professional organization. Sales team member Adriano was great in spending time with me to explain their product, measure my windows and provide me with a completed estimate before he left our scheduled in-home appointment. He also checked up with me a couple of days after project completion to see how it all went. Office admin Mariia kept me up to date with installation scheduling, house prep and rebate info. Lien and his installers worked diligently to get everything done in the scheduled time frame and did an exceptional job of installing new (and painted!) trim around the windows. They also did a walk through the house to show me how each window worked and to check everything was working well inside. Neighbours have already told me how good the new windows look - definitely an upgrade! House already sounds quieter. Highly recommended this company for your window and/or door project. We just had our windows replaced by Canadian Choice Windows & Doors. Adriano started us off in this process with a very thorough review of our needs for our home. He helped us plan the right windows for the conditions at each location in our home. We received communication as needed while we waited for our windows to be fabricated.
