I am extremely pleased with my replacement windows from Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. Truly a professional organization. Sales team member Adriano was great in spending time with me to explain their product, measure my windows and provide me with a completed estimate before he left our scheduled in-home appointment. He also checked up with me a couple of days after project completion to see how it all went. Office admin Mariia kept me up to date with installation scheduling, house prep and rebate info. Lien and his installers worked diligently to get everything done in the scheduled time frame and did an exceptional job of installing new (and painted!) trim around the windows. They also did a walk through the house to show me how each window worked and to check everything was working well inside. Neighbours have already told me how good the new windows look - definitely an upgrade! House already sounds quieter. Highly recommended this company for your window and/or door project. Lien and his crew are very professional installers, and all questions I had were answered by Lien! We also got our doors fixed up with new weatherstripping, so no more drafts.
Because I’m a respecting and trusting fan of Bryan Baeumler - promoter and spokesperson for Canadian Choice Windows & Doors - and partly because Canadian Choice are top rated custom window & door installers - recognized by the various rebate programmes available in this part of the world, were, together, reasons enough to choose this company to replace the ageing glass in our home. However, it was not until researching Canadian Choice’s DraftLOCK line of custom windows and then speaking to company representative, Adriano M, did we subsequently decide to go with these people. Window particulars were selected, exacting measurements were taken and the Canadian made replacement windows for our entire home, were ordered. The manufacturing process took the exact estimated number of weeks and the Canadian Choice installers arrived at our home within five minutes of their scheduled time. Always a good sign when dealing with an OCD client. In our case, the installation process was scheduled to take three days, and the installers worked long hours to insure that timeline was adhered to. Master Installer, Andrew, worked tirelessly along side his crew of between two and five installers - dependant on that days demands, to remove the old tired and inefficient windows. Andrew then insured each new window unit was fitted, insulated and finished to impressively exacting standards. We were not required to vacate our home for even a minute, during the process. Although it did get a little cool on occasion. On the third and final install day, Andrew and his team worked well into the evening to ensure the job was finished on time and job site was left as clean as when they arrived. And we were left with expertly installed, outside temperature and sound insulating, state of the art technology in window design, beautiful new windows…that are the talk of the neighbourhood. Five stars, for the people at Canadian Choice Windows & Doors and their products. They are worth a sixth.
We just had our windows replaced by Canadian Choice Windows & Doors. Adriano started us off in this process with a very thorough review of our needs for our home. He helped us plan the right windows for the conditions at each location in our home. We received communication as needed while we waited for our windows to be fabricated. Andrew and Ten worked efficiently and professionally to install all 18 of our windows. Everyone we encountered in this process was friendly and the end result was a quality installation of beautiful windows! We can already feel the difference these new windows have made in the warmth and comfort of our home. Thank you Adriano, Andrew and Ten!
