They are friendly and pleasant enough but the job they did and the contract did not bare much resemblance to each other. They were cheep but it seems that you get what you pay for. My advice would be to not pay them until you are fully satisfied with the work. They said they would be back but have not come. I hope to get a few years out of my roof before I have it done competently. I don't think that they are intentionally trying to rip you off but the work was shoddy.
They left some parts of the roof undone and have been unresponsive ever since. We've contacted them through several channels for 2 years now (email, text, phone) and they keep saying that they will swing by but never give an exact date. Additionally, you can't repair it yourself/through another party as it would void the warranty. Would not recommend.
