We had our front doors and storm doors replaced by The Window and Door Specialist. Kian and Ali were very helpful in selecting the doors we needed. There was no hard sell and their prices are very reasonable. Jack, the installer, did a great job in installing both sets of doors. He was punctual, professional, tidy and meticulous. Highly recommended!
Highly recommended. Initially, I replaced my home's windows and sliding doors with Window and Door Specialist. They impressed me with high quality and prompt installation for a reasonable price. So much so that I also got my window enclosure wrapped in aluminum siding. A year after installing the windows and sliding doors I didn't encounter any issues such as leaks or draftiness in the winter which demonstrated the quality of the work. Finally as a returning customer I replaced my front door which looks and feels significantly better than my previous one. My home looks and feels significantly better. In addition, I have seen a significant decrease in my energy bills thanks to the Window and Door Specialist.
Replaced my windows 2 years ago. Installed one screen damaged. I called multiple times for a replacement…still waiting. This customer service is poor. By your response I gather you are expecting full rate for an incomplete job? For damaged product? In what world does that make sense? There’s still no offer to replace the damaged product. 🤷♂️ It’s poor service. Period.

I am extremely pleased with every aspect of the services provided by The Window & Door Specialist from obtaining quote to the completion of the installation. All our 23 windows were replaced with great quality thin frame Heritage brand windows as well as our front door and patio door. I ordered triple glaze for some fixed windows and the rest double glaze. It was a pleasure dealing with Ali and Kian, the owners who are very professional, knowledgeable about the products, extremely patient and always ready to answer any questions. The installation was exceptional and the installers were very efficient and respectful of my home and the quality of work was outstanding. they took the time to ensure that all debris was removed and the house was left clean. The quality of windows is absolutely astounding. The windows and doors are well insulated. I noticed a big difference the way my house holds the temperature now. I would 100 percent recommend The Window & Door Specialist for all your window and door needs.
