Called Kronos when I botched a Ceiling Fan replacement. I was able to get an appointment fairly soon and they showed up on time. The found the problem (I put a mounting screw through a power line. Twice) and were able to repair it within a reasonable amount of time. 15 foot ceiling so not an easy job. The crew were friendly and professional, and the time and cost were fair (which doesn't always happen these days). Highly recommended and they are now on my "go to" list.
These guys are fantastic. Stan answered our emergency midnight call with professionalism. Alex came promptly in the morning and helped us fix the issue. His work was great and finished on time. He even helped us fix some extra clips. Stan handled all the coordination with Toronto Hydro and ESA for permits. Price was the best compared to others in the neighbourhood. Really impressed with these guys. Highly recommended.
