I am super satisfied with the moving services. Employees were very friendly and knowledgable. My goods were delivered intact and in perfect condition. I didn’t get to see the two small men and their big hearts, but the driver and the young men who assisted with my move have bigger hearts! I will definitely use their services again.
I recently hired Two Small Men with Big Hearts for my move, and while they completed the job, the experience was frustrating—especially considering the high cost. This was not a cheap service, so I expected my belongings to be handled with care. Unfortunately, my dining table was badly damaged, and several other items were also scratched or dented. What made matters worse was their refund policy. The compensation I received was shockingly low, based on their policy of 60 cents per pound. This makes absolutely no sense, especially for valuable items like furniture. The refund didn’t even come close to covering the cost of the damages or the emotional value of some of the items. For the premium price I paid, I expected far better service and much more accountability. If you’re considering Two Small Men with Big Hearts, be aware of their inadequate damage policy and take extra precautions if you have fragile or valuable items.Would NOT recommend
The service was excellent. They sent 3 guys, who were all very polite, experienced, strong and careful. They finished the move quickly and the final price was below the estimate. The admin team were in contact prior to the move to confirm the site details, instructions and logistics, which made everything smooth and organized. My friends recommended this company as this was my first time ever hiring a moving crew and I'm so glad I did. I will definitly hire them again.
I had such a great experience with Two Small Men compared to previous companies I’ve used. The movers were so kind and super efficient as well. They managed to get us all sorted out in less time than estimated which is exactly what I was hoping for. I’m sure I’m not the only one that wants moving to be done with as fast as possible. None of my items were damaged cause they wrapped everything to keep it safe. I’ve moved myself with a U-Haul and I would say getting movers is worth every penny! I would definitely use this company again next time I move. 👍😁
