Tom called before arriving. He said he could be early, which suited me. He was very clear on what needed to be done and completed things quickly. I was impressed from my initial contact a few days before and throughout the repairs. I have no hesitation recommending Pink for plumbing needs.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Pink Plumbing. This was the second time we have used them. Our heat/hot water wasn't worked and they were able to get us an appointment within a few hours. Tom was the technician and was extremely helpful and pleasant from start to finish. I highly recommend Pink Plumbing. We needed a new hot water tank and Steve came over to have a look at our existing tank and setup. He provided excellent information about our options and what would be involved for each, and he recommended the best option rather than the most expensive. A few days later, Caelum installed the new tank in a few short hours, leaving no trace of all the work he did which included draining the old tank and hauling it away. It was a downpour that day too but he was pleasant and thorough, showing me how to set and light the tank once he had finished installation and cleanup.
